City Council Strengthens Commitment to City’s Religious Brotherhoods in Meeting with New Board of Directors of the Association
The mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, held an initial institutional meeting with the new board of directors of the Association of Brotherhoods of Marbella, led by its president, Isabel Mata. The meeting, also attended by councilor José Eduardo Díaz, aimed to strengthen the collaboration between both institutions and address new challenges and projects for the coming years. The mayor emphasized the essential role played by the brotherhoods, not only in organizing Holy Week but also in charitable work. She highlighted their contribution to promoting tourism and their vital assistance to vulnerable individuals through their food bank.
