City Council Strengthens Collaboration with College of Property Administrators to Enhance Service to Property Communities
The Urban Planning department held a meeting today with representatives from the College of Property Administrators of Malaga, focused on improving the service provided to property communities and streamlining the processing of licenses and technical consultations. Councilor José Eduardo Díaz emphasized the importance of this group as a direct intermediary with thousands of residents, stating that Marbella has around 800 urbanizations, many managed by these professionals who serve as a link between the City Council and the public, making these meetings essential for sharing updated information and enhancing communication channels.
