City Council creates new parking spaces in La Patera neighborhood
The City Council has provided a score of new parking spaces in the La Patera neighborhood thanks to the remodeling of Conde de Villamediana Street. Mayor Ángeles Muñoz visited the works, which include the underground placement of containers located at the intersection with Juanar Street, emphasizing that with this action, ‘we respond to a demand from the residents and continue to promote the revitalization and modernization of the area.’ The mayor explained that a ‘traffic reorganization and restructuring of the road’ had been undertaken, involving the creation of a 1.3-meter-wide sidewalk and a 5.5-meter-wide parking area, as well as the construction of a wall ‘to overcome the level difference of the green area and protect the passage of cars and pedestrians.’
