City Council approves license for construction of 25 public housing units near Arroyo Palomeras

The City Council has approved a license for the construction of 25 affordable housing units near Arroyo Palomeras, close to the Boho Club area. This project, deemed a priority by the Government team, has been processed in record time according to Urbanism Councilor José Eduardo Díaz. The development will consist of homes ranging from 75 to 85 square meters, along with parking spaces and storage units. These affordable properties are part of the municipal housing plan and aim to address the current issue of housing accessibility. In addition, the Local Government Board has initiated two strategic projects to develop vacant land in the southern area of San Pedro Alcántara, including new affordable housing, sports and educational facilities, green areas, and 30,000 square meters for hotel use. These projects represent progress towards a sustainable and balanced city model.
