Approval of Affordable Housing Qualification for 40 Rental Properties in San Pedro Alcántara
The City Council has approved the qualification of affordable housing for 40 rental units in San Pedro Alcántara, adding to the 132 units already planned for sale in the southern expansion area. The Urban Planning Councillor, José Eduardo Díaz, stated that ‘these are initiatives that will start soon and will enable the corresponding allocation processes’ and clarified that ‘it is a development driven by private initiative that will help expand the city’s housing supply in this area’.
