Mayor praises National Police’s commitment to Marbella and thanks them for their daily work in favor of security
Marbella has celebrated today the commemorative events of the patron saint of the National Police, with a tribute to the members of the local staff and the work they carry out in favor of public safety. The event included the presentation of awards for police merit, as well as recognition for the officers who retired during the last year and those who died in the line of duty. The mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, expressed the city’s gratitude to the entire staff for their daily commitment and highlighted the work of the commissioner, Esther Martín. She emphasized that the municipality ‘needs you and appreciates the work you do every day’ and underscored the role of the families of the officers ‘who support and share the demands of your profession’.
