Marbella Holds Historic Half Marathon with Record Participation and Runners from 27 Nationalities
The Marbella Half Marathon has experienced a historic edition, with 3,893 registered participants in various categories and a great response from runners and spectators. Nearly 3,000 athletes took part in the individual race, bringing together sportspeople from 27 different nationalities. Councilor Lisandro Vieytes highlighted the success of participation and organization of the event, stating that ‘the municipality has experienced a true sports celebration, with the vibrant atmosphere in the streets and the collective effort of all individuals and entities involved making this edition one to remember’.
