City Hall Advances Four Seasons Hotel Construction with Urbanization Project
The City Hall is taking a step forward in the construction of the Four Seasons hotel in the city with the urbanization project of the El Pinar area, presented by the developers to the City Council and endowed with an investment of over 9 million euros. Mayor Ángeles Muñoz has indicated that, after reporting it in today’s Local Government Board meeting, it will be forwarded to the competent bodies for the respective sectoral reports. The mayor has recalled that ‘it is a plot of approximately 35 hectares, whose partial plan has already been approved, and which includes 26,000 square meters of roads and over 100,000 of facilities, significantly strengthening the infrastructure of this area.’
