Municipality to Build 132 New Affordable Rental Homes in San Pedro Alcántara
The City Council has approved the construction project for 132 new affordable rental homes in San Pedro Alcántara, with an investment of 4.56 million euros. These homes will be part of two multi-family buildings with commercial spaces, parking, storage rooms, and a pool. The allocation will be based on maximum income criteria, capped at 4.5% above the reference price. This initiative adds to the existing 40 homes and 85 units awaiting allocation through a lottery process. The Council’s goal is to develop 1,000 affordable homes during this term, with 518 units already in various stages of processing.
