Marbella to Host 12th Edition of Popular Moraga on September 25 with Over 1,700 Kilos of Sardines
The City Council, in collaboration with the Fishermen’s Guild and the Association of Beach Entrepreneurs of the Costa del Sol, will celebrate the 12th edition of the Popular Moraga on Thursday, September 25, starting at 8:00 p.m. This event is one of the most traditional and anticipated gatherings to bid farewell to summer in the municipality. The event will take place simultaneously on the beaches of La Venus (Marbella), La Salida (San Pedro Alcántara), Levante (Puerto Banús), and Real de Zaragoza (Las Chapas) and aims to honor tourists and residents by distributing 1,700 kilos of sardines on skewers, 1,000 kilos of diced tomatoes, as well as bread and beverages.
